Meats

The meat of our dishes comes only from animals bred in our working farm. The breeding consists of sheep, goats, poultry and pigs which are fed with corn and alfaalfa or lucerne (Medicago sativa) cultivated in our farm.

Cheese, cold meats and salami

We produce fresh and mature cheese from our sheep and goat’s milk. We produce pork sausages, hams, bacon and lard which are served in our restaurant

The farm production

In some farmhouse areas we grow vegetables, olive trees and fruit trees growing; so you may have fresh and tasty fruits like oranges, lemons, tangerines, peaches, plums, apples and pears.

Preserves

You can choose among our farmhouse fruit preserves (jams and marmalades), vegetables in oil (wild thistle, artichokes, aubergines and peppers).
Finally we suggest our lemon cream, a liqueur made of lemon and goat milk.
